Yorunosaihō-shi

“Do not be ungrateful toward the lord's kindness or he may take more of what was given”. A warning to employees showing signs of laziness in their work.

Ever since the separation of the two worlds, free humans have become a rarity in the

monster world. All being hunted down as cattle or becoming pets. In this cruel world, only a few monsters show some empathy to those poor souls and protect them from the cruelty of their world. Like the Yorunosaiho-shi, an arachnid-like creature also known as the Night Seamstress.

Such creatures are quite popular with female demons as they are masters in all forms of

tailoring. They are well known for their stylish taste of fashion making their business bloom all around the world. But of course such creatures cannot do all the work on their own and would have to look for employees to help them in their business.

Being that they are very picky with their work, they would go toward a species

capable of handling their demand of quality and material handling. Humans having no sharp claws and rather delicate themselves, would be their choice of employment. Going to market and buying humans when needed, saving them from their cruel fate in the hand of others.

They would shelter the poor souls from the fate of becoming one's meal. Giving them food and shelter in his manor. Protecting them in exchange for their service at his workshop and manor, some working as weavers, others as cleaners. All having a purpose to accomplish in is domain. Appreciating good work, he would highly compensate their workers and treat all their employees with care, offering them tools and knowledge to help them create quality at their finest.

The Yorunosaiho-shi prefer keeping a human appearance to make the very few interactions with their workers more comfortable. Their delicate physique making some workers charmed by their very presence, lowering their guards toward their master, some going as far as slacking off.

Unfortunately for those slackers, such generosity doesn’t come for free. If the arachnid-like

creature observed one of their workers multiple times giving them poor quality work, they would flag them as a potential menace to their business. Adding their name to their particular list of workers. Ones that can work in the food department.

When hungry, the Yorunosaihō-shi will select a few workers from their list to kidnap while they are sleeping and bring them to his quarters. In the morning, they would inform the rest of their employees having to transfer selected ones to another sector of his

business which will better fit their talent to avert all suspicion of their fate to come.

The employees, being aware of their departure for a few days, will continue with their work

waiting for their return, while the one selected will be devoured by them in peace.

Swallowed little by little in their hungry jaws, guiding the worker to their new

worplace, in their bellies, where they will be of more use.
